Descripción y detalle de las actividadesPlans, organizes, coordinates, and evaluates the activities of the Purchasing.Assigns, reviews, and supervises the work of professional planner / buyers and production control.to assure shipping and receiving right product and quantity at the right time.Analyzes vendor performance to verify that purchased items conform to specifications.Prepares financial analyses, to determine the cost-effectiveness of raw materials.Assumes administrative duties in the absence of direct supervisor.Performs other related functions as assigned 1 Manage Lead and Lag indicators to assure the proper actions are driven with the direct reports 2 Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.3 Reports on a monthly basis the operational resume and the actions and estrategy taken to achieve 4 Create and manage Purchase Orders according the MRP needs to align the Production Schedule 5 Provide leadership, coordination, and coaching to the team, ensuring they are trained to achieve the operational and financial goals 6 Monitor Purchase Orders to assure the On Time Arrival of the materials.7 Maintain and keep updated ERP Planning/Purchasing Parameters for assigned resources and SKU's.Experiência y requisitosBachelor's degree experience at least 3-5 years in production planning experience as supervisor at least 1-3 years experience as a key user or master user of ERP system (A must) Advanced English Experience in low/medium volume high mix.Certified in Purchasing and Inventory Management (Desired) Certified Buyer Planner (Desired) To work in Industrial Park Valle Bonito Hybrid schedule Monday to Friday 7am-5pmOrganizaciónNorth American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V.Correo de contactoGiroMaquiladora (Export.)Actividad principalAdministración de maquiladoras.Número de empleados*******Área** Producción**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm**Estudios** Titulo Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 95%, Escrito: 95%**Sexo** Indistinto
