Somos una empresa con más de 15 años de trayectoria especializándose en la Distribución, Comercialización y Dispensación de Medicamentos, así como Desarrollo de Proyectos (principalmente servicios integrales) de soluciones para la Salud. Es por ese motivo que estamos buscando tu talento para la posición como: Project Manager (TI y Procesos de Negocio) Objetivo del puesto: Planificar, coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de proyectos integrales desde su inicio hasta su cierre. Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos en tiempo, costo y calidad, actuando como enlace estratégico entre las áreas involucradas para garantizar la alineación con la visión organizacional. Requisitos: Educación: Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Tecnologías de la Información, Computación, Sistemas, Industrial o afines. (Indispensable contar con Título y Cédula Profesional). Experiencia: Mínima de 5 años liderando proyectos de TI y Negocio, con especial énfasis en: Implementación de sistemas ERP (Deseable Microsoft Dynamics Business Central). Desarrollo e implementación de soluciones con Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate y Power BI). Gestión de proyectos bajo marcos de trabajo ágiles y tradicionales. Conocimientos: Tecnológicos: Dominio experto en Power Platform para la creación de soluciones personalizadas. Gestión: Manejo avanzado de herramientas de administración (Monday, MS Project, etc.). Metodologías: PMI, Agile y Scrum. Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de presentación ejecutiva y redacción técnica/comercial. Responsabilidades: Gestión Integral: Definir alcance, cronogramas y planes de ejecución detallados. Control Financiero y Recursos: Supervisar presupuestos, costos y asignación de recursos humanos y materiales. Gestión de Riesgos: Identificar riesgos potenciales y ejecutar planes de mitigación preventivos. Estrategia y Medición: Definir y dar seguimiento a KPIs y OKRs para medir el éxito del proyecto. Aseguramiento de Calidad: Implementar estándares y controles para garantizar entregables de excelencia. Liderazgo de Equipos: Coordinar y motivar a equipos multifuncionales, asegurando una comunicación efectiva entre las áreas. Softskills: Liderazgo y gestión de equipos multifuncionales. Capacidad analítica y toma de decisiones basada en datos. Negociación y resolución de conflictos. Orientación a resultados y servicio al cliente (interno/externo).
