And if that’s you we would love to have you join usJob DescriptionAs a AMP you will work with Pre and Post- Sales, maintenance and inventory consultants. Asset Management Professionals offer information about equipment delivery times, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules. May serve as the customer contact on technical and service-related inquiries, such as verifying quality and accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by audits. The position meaningfully contributes in helping the customer reduce the cost of maintenance on site whilst increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).You will report to the Asset Management Team Leader and work on the client site in Saltillo.### Your Responsibilities:* You will assisting customers, on Asset Management strategies.* Administers repairs, inventories, maintenance strategies, through Asset Management strategies, delivering savings to customers and Rockwell with additional business* Analyze customer data to improve KPIs* In charge of implementing the techniques of Asset Management* Professional to produce customer benefits and AMR business.* Provide customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting and service of complex equipments* Promote AMR transactional services with target customers.### The Essentials - You Will Have:* Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or Robotics Engineering (or equivalent professional experience).* Schedule availability.* Domain of English language (spoken, read, and written).### The Preferred - You Might Also Have:* Technical experience with Rockwell Automation Products (VFDs, HMIs, and Logix Processors).* PLC programming utilizing RSLogix 5, 500, 5000, and FactoryTalk Studio.* VFD PowerFlex programming utilizing Connected Components Workbench and Studio 5000.* HMI application development utilizing RSView32, RSView ME/SE, and FactoryTalk View SE/ME.* 1+ years of experience with EtherNet networking and EtherNet switch configuration.* Knowledge of Lean projects, Six Sigma, and productivity initiatives.* 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation and controller programming.### What We Offer:* Comprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to Calm* Volunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employees* Company volunteer and donation matching program – Your volunteer hours or personal cash donations to an eligible charity can be matched with a charitable donation.* Employee Assistance Program* Personalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack program* On-demand digital course library for professional development**Modality: Remote****You will report to:**ASSET MANAGEMENT TEAM LEADERWe are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
