Responsibilities Promote a culture of business excellence by using continuous improvement principles, behaviors, systems, and tools. Design and implement the digitization strategy. Integrate MES/MOM with ERP and Supply Chain platforms. Develop interactive dashboards and predictive analytics. Automate flows with n8n, Zapier, and Make. Manage IoT, sensorization, and digital twin projects. Ensure data quality and interoperability (Data Lake / Warehouse). Promote digital culture and train teams. Act as a change agent in the introduction of Business Excellence and drive/sustain improvements. Support/lead continuous improvement activities by identifying and participating in improvement opportunities. Provide technical support to manufacturing teams in their continuous improvement initiatives. Assist/lead with 5S, TPM, TWI program deployment. Assist/lead problem‑solving activities using provided tools. Assist with process improvement activities such as VSM, material and information flows, DMAIC, time studies, etc. Support R&D at early stages of product and process development to ensure new products and processes are born lean. Recognize and receive guidance from other sources, when needed. Perform other duties and tasks as required. Essential Physical/Environmental Demands Lifting not to exceed 50 lbs. (local practice may apply). Writing Sitting Standing Bending Visual acuity Color perception Depth perception Reading Field of vision / peripheral Fine motor skills Noise Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Three years of related experience. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated use of Lean and Six‑Sigma resources and tools. Proficient computer skills, preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to work effectively as a team member. Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Medical device industry experience. Green Belt certification strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents. Competencies Scientific problem solving / decision making. Identify waste and challenge using lean tools; work with production to identify solutions and drive improvement. Data collection / research. Model and support organizational values (Customer First, Achieving Excellence, Developing People, Flexibility, and Integrity) in carrying out assigned responsibilities/tasks. Infectious Control Risk Category II: This category indicates that employees may be exposed to blood or body fluids while performing their jobs. Exposure is possible.
