OverviewManager, Delivery Operations at Snorkel AIJoin a company building AI with data, scaling global customers.About The RoleLead and grow a team of Delivery Operations Managers within Snorkel’s Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) business. Report to the Head of Delivery.What You’ll DoLead and develop the Production Manager team: hire, mentor, and grow high‑performing ICs.Drive operational excellence: oversee project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery.Partner cross‑functionally with research, engineering, GTM, and operations stakeholders.Optimize processes: implement improvements to workflows, quality assurance, and pipeline monitoring.Ensure customer success: translate needs into actionable delivery plans and hold teams accountable.Report and communicate: provide updates to senior leadership on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.What You’ll Bring5+ years in delivery operations, program management, or related fields, with 1–3 years of people leadership.Proven coaching, mentoring, and scaling a team while fostering accountability and excellence.Track record of driving process improvements and delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.Excellent communication skills to articulate status, risks, and solutions.Problem‑solving, proactive, resourceful; adaptability to fast‑paced growth.Bonus PointsExperience in data, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS.Exposure to customer‑facing delivery or field operations.Benefits & CompensationTarget annual salary: $160,000—$240,000 (tier 1 locations).
