Tijuana, MexicoCategorySupply Chain ManagementPosted Date11/12/2024Job Id******We're looking for a **Supply Planner** to join our **Supply Chain team** in **Tijuana**.Working for Signify means being creative and adaptive.Our culture of continuous learning and commitment to diversity and inclusion creates an environment that allows you to build your skills and career.Together, we're transforming our industry.As the world leader in lighting, we're constantly ahead of the curve.Through our leadership in connected lighting and the Internet of Things, we're breaking new grounds in data analytics, AI, and smart homes, offices, cities and moreSignify is one of the few companies in the world to achieve carbon neutrality and our next sustainability goals are even bolder: doubling our positive impact on the environment and society by ****.As a **Supply Planner** you'll be responsible for ensuring products are available to fulfill customer orders in timely manner.You will interact sales teams, order management to understand customer needs and with internal factories & external suppliers to secure product availabilityWe're on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability.If you match this description, get in touch**What you'll do**:Manage Finished Goods Inventory strategy based on Customer and Business requirements, driving continuous improvement to inventory and service through an understanding of the end to end supply chain.- Understand the Customer Service Offer and how this relates to the inventory strategy.Manage stocking locations and Service levels to meet customer requirements.- Diligently and urgently address short term availability or inventory issues in addition to longer term supply-demand imbalances.We respond to customer enquiries and expedites fast and effectively.- Review intake plan and factory supply response, identifying and addressing supply-demand imbalances.- Urgently react to changes in demand or supply to minimize obsolescence and inventory while maximizing customer service.- Identify slow moving stock and define and initiate actions to remove and prevent recreation of slow moving stock.- Show sense of urgency in responding to Customer / Sales / Order Management requests in a customer-focused way.- Close cooperation with production planning and distribution in order to assure on time delivery.- Member of new product introduction and product transfer project teams.**Your qualifications**:- ** Bachelor's degree completed.**:- ** +4 years' experience as a Supply Planner.**:- **Min.2 years of supply change experience.**:- ** Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems.**:- ** Strong analytical skills, high-level problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and willing to take ownership.**:- ** Fluent English (speaking and writing) is MANDATORY.**- **_This is an on-site position._****What you'll get in return**:We're offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.Learning is fundamental to our culture.Through continuous learning, we are transforming the industry.You have the chance to learn every day, acquire new skills and perspectives through customized online programs, and on-the-job experiences.See #SignifyLife through the eyes of our employeesLI-JC1
