**Cloud Support Engineer - Remoto - México - (CDMX - Guadalajara).**:Xideral es una empresa con más de 20 años enfocada al mercado digital, Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación, actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Cloud Support Engineer.¿Tienes experiência en soporte de infraestructura en la nube y pasión por las tecnologías AWS?Únete a nuestro equipo**Responsabilidades**:- Brindar soporte técnico para soluciones en la nube AWS.- Diagnosticar y resolver problemas en aplicaciones y servicios cloud.- Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y soporte para optimizar y mantener la infraestructura.- Participar en proyectos de infraestructura como código (IaC).**Requisitos básicos**:- Título universitario en Tecnologías de la Información, Sistemas de Información, Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado.- **De 3 a 5 años de experiência como Cloud Support Engineer.**:- **Sólido conocimiento de AWS y su infraestructura, incluyendo IAM, Lambda, ECS, S3, VPC, balanceo de carga, monitoreo y auditoría.**:- Experiência en administración de sistemas Unix/Linux, comandos y utilidades.- Habilidad en resolución de problemas y depuración de aplicaciones AWS.- Experiência con herramientas de gestión de configuración y scripting (Shell, Python).- Capacidad para analizar patrones, identificar causas raíz y proponer soluciones.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para coordinar con equipos técnicos y stakeholders.**Requisitos preferidos**:- Experiência en la industria de servicios financieros.- Certificaciones relevantes en AWS.**Ofrecemos**:- **Sueldo dependiendo de los años de experiência.**:- Pago nominal y quincenal.- Prestaciones Superiores a la ley ,- **Aguinaldo, Prima vacacional, y días de vacaciones adicionales**:- **SGMM, Seguro de Vida, Vales de Despensa, Fondo de Ahorro y Bonos**- Contrato de forma indefinido.- **Trabajo remoto - DISPONIBILIDAD DE IR A OFICINA DE FORMA ESPORADICA.**Si cumples con el perfil postúlate solo con tu **CV actualizado en inglés**y **responde las preguntas de la aplicación..
