What contribution does this job make towards the business?)- Customs Documentation- Temporary Imports and Exports- Definitive Imports and Exports- Special Operations, Virtuals, Change of regime, Regularization.- US Customs documentation- Prosec, Rule 8 th- Certificates of origin- Customs documents audit and validation- Procedures- Catalogs PaymentsREPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: (Title (s) of associates that you directly supervise)noneINTERACTIONS: (Describe the relationships and degree of contact with internal and external individuals or groups.)- Compliance Department- Operations Department- Daily interactions with supervisors, leaders, associates and management- Customs Brokers- Carriers WarehousesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES REQUIRED:- Knowledge on Annex 31- Knowledge on Annex 24- Knowledge on ERP Systems (interfaces)- Customs law and Regulations knowledge- Judgment, problem solving- Ethical- Critical thinking- Teamwork Audit ExperienceEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: (Education, special training and years of experience required.)- Bachelor Degree in International Trade and Customs with strong focus on Annex 24 systems 3 to 5 years of Experience in IT or Customs EnvironmentACCOUNTABILITIES: (List the standards of the job in measuring performance.
