Project Manager PositionAt a leading Life Science and Technology company, we seek an accomplished Project Manager to lead projects in the medical devices sector.This role demands strategic planning, project execution, cross-functional team management, and regulatory compliance.The ideal candidate will possess expertise in project management methodologies, along with excellent collaboration and communication skills.Additionally, they will have a deep understanding of the medical devices industry and be able to effectively navigate complex projects from start to finish.- Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and budget.- Coordinate logistics and production line transfers, ensuring seamless operations.- Monitor project progress using trackers, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional departments and stakeholders.- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet project goals.- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and CE standards.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- A degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.- Master's or PMP certification (desirable).- Minimum 10 years' experience in the medical device industry.- 5+ years' experience in project management, with proficiency in tools like MS Project or Jira.- Strong scheduling and meeting coordination skills.- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead teams and drive business success.
