We have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries and rented over one million nights through our travel platform.The RoleAs the Sales Manager, you will drive the RV Sales development and KPIs in North America, with a priority focus in B2B/B2A channels. You will build the commercial roadmap and retail infrastructure for the region, manage the RVS team in North America, and report directly to the North America General Manager from our Mexico City office.What Will You Work On?Drive sales of Indie Campers leisure vehicles (campervans and motorhomes) across the North American market.Identify opportunities and design a long‑term, sustainable, and reliable strategy for the sale of our own current and future fleet by understanding the cycle between vehicle acquisition, rental, and remarketing through RV Sales.Implement the sales strategy for B2B & third‑party dealership networks, and other third‑party channels such as auction platforms for the North America region.Create sales processes leveraging existing company capabilities and our rental business infrastructure to deliver sales results, operational excellence, and customer experience.Train field ops on RV Sales goals and procedures (customer demo/visit, handover, vehicle prep) and guarantee buy‑in and alignment with the RV Sales plan.Support hiring of the NAM commercial team in the regional office in Mexico City.Network within OEMs, dealerships, and/or consumer credit companies.Who Are We Looking For?Professional experience in sales of 5–10 years driving growth at a start‑up or scale‑up, or a track record of driving automotive sales within a high‑growth company covering both online and offline sales and multiple geographies.Experience selling consumer credit is a strong plus.Experience in auto or RV sales is a strong plus.Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple departments.Experience launching new markets internationally.Experience engaging with customers and external partners at multiple levels.Commercial mindset and communication skills.Flexible, hard‑working, and a team player.Proficiency in English (oral and written) mandatory, with Spanish a plus.What We OfferCompetitive package including Indie Benefits and free road trips anywhere in Europe, North America, and Oceania (subject to campervan availability).A structured program with customised training aligned with your needs.A dynamic position in a young, fast‑growing, and innovative company where no two days are the same and your contribution makes a difference.Job DetailsSeniority level: Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Travel ArrangementsAre you ready to Go Indie? #J-18808-Ljbffr
