Job Summary: Provide transportation operations support through the execution of shipment consolidation carrier / mode selection tender track / trace and issue resolution. Main Responsibilities Monitor System for new order activity Utilize TMS to consolidate orders / deliveriesäum into optimized shipments Utilize TMS to select carriers for shipments in compliance with routing guide commitments Communicate detailed shipment information to selected carriers (Tender Shipment) Monitor response of carriers to tendered shipments Take alternate action in the event of a carrier refusal Track /trace existing orders through delivery Proactively communicate service failures by carriers to affected internal customers (O2I SNP DCs Plants) Proactively resolve carrier service issues through determination and execution of alternative delivery method Track and report carrier performance data to facilitate service level improvement (ie; tender acceptance % On-time Arrival / Delivery) Qualifications Level of Education: Bachelor degree in International Business/ Affairs Logistics related. Google Tools or Microsoft Tools. Knowledge in SAP (Desirable) Advanced level of English Experience in Exports/imports Key Skills GIS JAWS Military Experience Business Management Emergency Management Joint Operations Production Planning Relationship Management Strategic Planning ERP Systems Exercise Planning Raid?
