Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee process improvement projects aligned with organizational goals and strategic objectives. Analyze existing workflows to pinpoint areas for optimization and develop actionable improvement plans. Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure successful implementation and adoption of process enhancements. Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of process changes and report results to senior management. Coach and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and fostering professional growth. Manage risk associated with process changes and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Drive the adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, or other recognized business process improvement methodologies. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in business process excellence, performance management, or related fields, preferably within logistics or supply chain environments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Excellent leadership and communication abilities to influence and inspire teams at all organizational levels. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Proficiency in relevant software tools for process mapping, data analysis, and reporting. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is preferred to support effective communication across diverse teams.
