Overview🚀 Senior Software Engineer Full Stack — Presencial - Chihuahua — Clientes en USA. Empresa tecnológica en crecimiento. Estamos buscando un Senior Software Engineer Full Stack para integrarse a un equipo de ingeniería en plena expansión. Es una posición de alto impacto, ideal para profesionales que disfrutan construir, liderar y tomar decisiones técnicas que se reflejan directamente en el producto y en clientes internacionales.⚠️ Importante: este rol es 100% presencial en Chihuahua.
Contamos con budget de apoyo para reubicación (primeros meses). ResponsibilitiesLiderar el desarrollo full stack de plataformas web y sistemas empresariales. Diseñar y evolucionar arquitecturas escalables. Participar activamente en el desarrollo continuo de nuevas funcionalidades para clientes en Estados Unidos.
Liderar y acompañar a ingenieros junior y mid-level (code reviews, mentoría, buenas prácticas). Colaborar con producto, negocio y clientes para traducir requerimientos en soluciones técnicas. Trabajar bajo metodología Scrum en un entorno dinámico tipo startup. Qualifications+7 años de experiencia como Software Engineer Full Stack.
Experiencia sólida en backend (Node.js, PHP/Laravel u otros frameworks modernos). Experiencia en frontend (Angular, React o Vue; apertura a adaptarse rápidamente). Buen dominio de bases de datos relacionales. Conocimiento de cloud, CI/CD y contenedores.
Experiencia previa en entornos de alto crecimiento. Interés real por el liderazgo técnico y el trabajo en equipo. Inglés técnico / interacción con clientes en USA.
