A fast-growing and expanding international company is seeking its next Global Operations Director.About the Company We are a financial services company in a stage of rapid growth and international expansion, with a strategic presence in LATAM and Asia.Our purpose is to transform the way financial services operate by driving digitalization, automation, and artificial intelligence, delivering safer, more efficient, and scalable solutions to our clients.We are at a pivotal moment: strengthening our global structure to consolidate high-volume 24/7 operations, ensuring that every operational decision translates into real value for both the business and our customers.Role Mission The Global Operations Director will be responsible for designing, leading, and scaling the company's international operations across LATAM and Asia, ensuring the continuity, efficiency, and resilience of high-volume transactional structures.This leadership role will not only guarantee operational excellence but will also drive digital transformation and process automation, applying AI to optimize costs, turnaround times, and customer experience.Key Responsibilities Lead international operations on a 24/7 basis, overseeing 10,000+ daily transactions under strict security and compliance standards.Drive digital transformation and automation projects, applying AI (RPA, ML, Big Data) to operational processes.Ensure the continuity and scalability of operations in LATAM and Asia, leading high-performing multicultural teams.Optimize processes by improving efficiency, profitability, and response-time metrics.Collaborate closely with the C-Suite to align operational strategy with the company's global vision.Guarantee financial discipline in operations with direct impact on EBITDA and sustainability.Candidate Profile 15+ years of experience in operations, preferably within financial services, insurance company, banking, or fintech.Previous roles as COO, Operations Director, Deputy Director of Operations, or Senior Operations Manager.Proven track record in high-scale transactional operations (10k+ daily).Strong expertise in financial analysis, cost optimization, and strategic business vision.Solid background leading central operations.Bilingual: Spanish–English (a third language is a plus).MBA or Master's in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; certifications in AI, digital transformation, automation, or Lean Six Sigma are highly valued.What We Offer The opportunity to join a fast-growing company with international expansion projects across LATAM and Asia.A chance to lead a key executive function, with direct visibility in the global strategy.The responsibility to transform and scale operations with a digital and innovative approach.A multicultural, dynamic, and challenging environment.Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco / 100% onsite work.If you meet this profile and want to play a leading role in the global expansion of a forward-looking financial company, apply directly through this platform by submitting your CV.Please help us share this post to reach the best global talent.
