**ASO AMERICAS****Solicita**:**Digital Marketing Specialist****Descripción y Requisitos****General Summary**The Digital Marketing Specialist will contribute to ASO's digital & e-commerce business growth by supporting brand and online presence enlargement strategies.This position will be responsible for developing advertising, marketing, and content creation tactics that will help with brand recognition, trust and the continuous success of our products not only through online marketplaces but also through our very own Direct to Customer website.This role will sit on the Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Team, overseeing E-Commerce Sales and Marketing related activities for key accounts including gross and net sales, assortment, key search terms, market share, promotional planning, ROI and performance analysis, search investments and associated KPIs and direct-to-consumer sales for the Clear Passage, Care Science, and Care Band brands.**Essential Functions**- Support the e-commerce channel & direct to consumer sales, including consumer experience, management of assortment, analytics, reporting, merchandising and growth strategy.- Contribute to the development and growth of ASO owned brands by generating digital marketing and brand recognition strategies.- Propose, develop and execute brand strategy including channel selection, product strategy, pricing strategy and go-to market approach.- Develop, manage and evaluate social media content and strategies.develop corresponding marketing/promotional strategies.- Content creation and management: oversee and maintain brand presence, consistency andquality across all digital channels, including imagery, copy, ratings & reviews, search,customer questions, etc.- Support the operations of the overall ecommerce business by owning pricing impact, fillrates, out of stocks and coordinate with inventory management to minimize lost sales.- Partner cross-functionally with digital marketing, creative, marketing, inventory management,forecasting, sales, regulatory, and other teams to provide visibility, transparency andefficiency with project work.- Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty / key responsibility satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.**Education**Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Design, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related business discipline.**Experience & Attributes**- 3+ years e-commerce experience at a brand, manufacturer, or retailer- Experience with digital content creation and brand growth.- Deep understanding of E-Commerce space, overall trends and technologysupport the business- Ability to work cross-functionally with strong communication (both written and verbal)skills- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment in a highly visible role- Intellectual curiosity and thirst for innovation and success- Highly organized, accurate, quick learner, proactive and have a positive attitude- Knowledge of CPG, specifically Health (First Aid) category, preferred- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Puesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
