Job Description
We are seeking a talented Remote Videographer to join our team and assist clients in recording videos virtually via a streaming platform. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality video recordings and providing technical support throughout the process.
- Assist clients with setting up their at-home video kits
- Provide guidance on capturing high-quality video and audio
- Review scripts with clients, addressing any questions or concerns
- Supervise recording sessions, ensuring a smooth and issue-free process
- Manage the upload and transfer of video files for final delivery
- While not meeting with partners, you will likely be working on video editing
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional videography experience
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to coach nervous talent through video sessions
- Strong attention to detail to ensure nothing is missed during a shoot
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency with technology and troubleshooting
