Salesforce Architect - Loyalty Platform (Travel Industry) Client: Confidential Travel Client Location: Mexico City (On-site, flexible remoto / híbrido) Office: Colonia Cuauhtemoc, Cuauhtemoc Borough Mexico City Contract: 6 months (extension likely) Start Date: ASAP or within 2 weeks Language: Bilingual preferred; English fluency required PAYMENT IN USD CONTRACTOR SCHEME About the Project Our client, a leading travel company, is modernizing its customer loyalty and rewards platform using Salesforce as the core system. They currently leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and are evaluating Salesforce Loyalty Management to deliver advanced personalization and integrated rewards experiences. The objective is to centralize loyalty functions within Salesforce, integrating with the booking engine, partner networks, and web platforms to create a seamless customer journey. Role Summary We are seeking a Salesforce Architect who can lead the end-to-end solution design for this new loyalty system. This is a hands‑on architecture role — ideal for professionals who can both design the blueprint and guide or implement key components. Key Responsibilities Design and document the solution architecture for the Salesforce loyalty platform. Define integration architecture across Salesforce, booking engines, and partner systems. Develop strategies for data migration, cut‑over, rollback, and orchestration. Collaborate with business and technical teams to align architecture with customer experience goals. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to shape the technical roadmap. Provide guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and scalability. Support the build phase and ensure delivery quality through testing and validation. Required Experience 10+ years of Salesforce experience (Solution Architect, Integration Architect, or Technical Lead). Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem architecture and integration patterns. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud (CDP), or Loyalty Management. Proven track record in end‑to‑end implementations, particularly with customer engagement or rewards programs (airlines, hospitality, travel, or retail). Hands‑on knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data orchestration frameworks. Strong communication and leadership skills — ability to engage directly with business users and partners. Nice to Have Prior experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management. Background in data integration, personalization, or customer rewards platforms.
