En CRH Talento en IT, estamos en búsqueda de Software enginner | Data Engineer para laborar de forma HíbridaUbicación: Naucalpan, Estado de México. Requisitos:Indispensable: Licenciatura en Informática, Ingeniería o un campo técnico relacionado (o experiencia práctica equivalente), concluida (contar con el 100% de créditos o título y cédula) - 2-3 años de experiencia profesional demostrando capacidades tanto en ingeniería de software como en ingeniería de datos.- Es esencial experiencia en Python con marcos web (p. ej., FastAPI, Flask) para el desarrollo de API/backend y bibliotecas para la manipulación de datos (p. ej., Pandas).- Familiaridad con JavaScript y/o TypeScript, Next.js, React o Vue.- Familiaridad con prácticas TANTO con SQL como con NoSQL.- Acercamiento a la construcción y consumo APIs RESTful. Comprensión de los principios de diseño de API y las mejores prácticas.- Acercamiento con plataformas en la nube, particularmente GCP. La familiaridad con una mezcla de servicios de GCP es ideal (por ejemplo, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub). Un plus: AWS/Azure.- Uso de Git y flujos de trabajo de control de versiones.- Acercamiento con fundamentos de desarrollo de software: pruebas automatizadas (unidad, integración), conceptos de CI/CD, depuración.- Familiaridad con conceptos de almacenamiento de datos, patrones ETL/ELT y modelado básico de datos.¿Qué harás?Desarrollo de Plataforma de DatosDiseño y mantenimiento de pipelines ETL/ELT utilizando Python y herramientas de GCP como Dataflow, BigQuery y Cloud Composer / Airflow.Gestión eficiente de almacenamiento en bases de datos SQL, NoSQL, almacenamiento en la nube y data lakes/warehouses sobre GCP.Desarrollo de Servicios Backend y APIsImplementación de APIs RESTful y microservicios escalables con Python (FastAPI, Flask) o Go, siguiendo principios sólidos de arquitectura de software.Aplicación de prácticas de ingeniería como pruebas automatizadas, documentación técnica y flujos de CI/CD.Contribuciones al Desarrollo de SoftwareParticipación activa en el ciclo completo de desarrollo: desde el diseño hasta el despliegue.Desarrollo de herramientas internas, integraciones entre sistemas y componentes para aplicaciones full-stack y nativas en la nube.Calidad y Gobernanza de DatosImplementación de mecanismos de monitoreo, validación y alertas para asegurar la integridad y fiabilidad de los datos.Apoyo en el modelado de datos y en prácticas de gobernanza de datos empresariales.Colaboración InterfuncionalTrabajo conjunto con ingenieros de software, analistas de datos, PMs y stakeholders del negocio para traducir requerimientos en soluciones técnicas efectivas.
