**Leasing Administrator - Property Management**Bay Property Management Group is a premier, full-service property management company, handling properties across the United States.From leasing to maintenance, management and financial reports, we take a proactive approach to client services.Bay Property Management Group is seeking to hire a Lease Administrator to join our growing team.The Lease Administrator is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the Leasing Department including but not limited to:**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Marketing- Data Entry- Lease Renewals- Tracking & Spreadsheets- General Administrative Tasks- Other tasks as assigned by manager**REQUIRED SKILLS**:- With general marketing experience and has actually created content- Articulate communication, good vocabulary, strong descriptive language, and at least some knowledge of home cosmetic features- Diligent follow-up- Time Management- Accuracy and strong attention to details- Intermediate to advanced computer skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook & Excel- Ability to use our internet-based property management software**Salary**: $8 USD per hour**Benefits**: 15 days of PTO, 6 paid HolidaysPay: From $****** per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekApplication Question(s):- Do you have Property Management experience?Particularly on the Leasing side?- Are you 100% comfortable working remotely?- Do you have AppFolio experience?- Is your spoken and writing English at a C1/C2 level?- Do you have a Work PC?(Windows 11, CORE-i5 or equivalent with 8GB RAM is the minimum PC specs requirement.)Work Location: In person
