GETECSAWe are a leading Mexican company in human capital management and technological services that was founded in **** in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León.We have a presence in the national and international market, offering added value and solutions to IT consulting processes, talent attraction, testing manufacturing, custom projects and development center.At Getecsa, our main objective is to offer services with a high sense of quality so that our business partners can achieve their objectives in an agile and quality manner so that they are highly satisfied with our support.Candidacy: We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to work with one of our main clients in Aguascalientes in a hybrind modality.**Requirements**:- Fully bilingual- 5 years of experience with IT Industry and 15 years of total experience- Experience with Talent Acquisition- Policies and procedures- Strategies (to attract and acquire talent)- Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Teams)- KPIsGood PracticesSoft skills:- Able to collaborate/work with all levels in the organizationCustomer centric**Job Functions**:- Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategy framework.- Identify, lead, and manage key initiatives to improve talent acquisition efficiencies and outcomes for assigned regions and Businesses.- Interact with key stakeholders to align the TA strategy (including campus hiring) with the organization strategy.- Lead, manage and oversee the Talent Acquisition operations.- Conduct Recruitment Planning exercise with Delivery heads (OBU Heads) to finalize the annual TA plan (including contract positions) for the market by reviewing the capacity plan, localization targets etc.- Interact with Delivery and Country leadership of the market every month to review and update recruitment numbers, share market intelligence, open positions, talent availability, locational inputs etc.- Discuss and set direction for the TA leads and recruiters by defining priorities, reviewing channel mix (basis niche/ volume skill), Time to hire, source channel mix or any other strategic initiatives.- Conduct regular reviews to ensure 100%compliance to established processes (including background verification for laterals) and achievement of defined recruitment targets for Businesses in the GDC.- Develop and maintain external linkages within industry, industry forums, partners to obtain market intelligence and best practices.- Manage Campus Recruitment for assigned region.- Influence engages key stakeholders in the locations to participate in relevant campus engagements.- Lead and manage TA initiatives & activities to enhance the branding.- Talent Acquisition automation and process optimizationWe Offer:- Hybrind Modality, Aguascalientes.- Monitoring, clarity and honesty in the processes.- Kindness and empathy.Join GETECSA
