Your potential is our inspiration.Where You ll Make a DifferencePartner with key internal stakeholders to align and implement strategic industry plan initiatives and product offering.Support strategic goals by implementing business plan to achieve and exceed target revenue and gross margin.Run various marketing campaigns with key customers in Mexico and Central AmericaCultivate and develop relationships with top management of targeted existing and potential customers to promote IFF as the preferred supplier.Effectively manage projects and pipeline in Salesforce and update them on a periodic basis.Ensure timely and successful delivery of food ingredients solutions and services according to customer needs and requirements.Monitor industry trends, market potentials, top market player movements, competitive intelligence, and feed back to the team.What Makes You the Right FitBachelor’s degree in food technology, Food Science or any other relevant discipline.Minimum 5 years of sales or commercial experience in Food ingredients, Flavours or Food & Beverage industry.Experience with customers engagement and key account management.Good commercial and technical acumen that enables identification of technical and commercial needs, and proposal of optimized solution.Strong interpersonal skills, networking ability and team player.Proactive and independent. Proven ability to work and manage time and priorities un-supervised.Effective listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.English language proficiency both in writing and able to stablish fluent business conversations.Willing to travel extensively.Knowledge of the Food Ingredients businesses is preferred.Demonstrated can do attitude, positive approach to problem solving.Ablility to work independently and demonstrates respect for people.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
