Senior Consultant, Employee Health And Safety

Responsible for driving the Global EHS Program delivered by the Global Crisis, Security, and Safety Support Team.Job Responsibilities- Collect and organize EHS data, write guidance documents, summary reports, and other program documentation as required- Drive program innovation and identify best practices to improve compliance and Associate safety- Assist local management teams with the development and maintenance of EHS plans, documentation, and audits- Coordinate local consultation for the development of practical and accessible policies, procedures and risk assessments- Drive process improvements by communicating best practices, identifying gaps, proposing practical solutions to operational safety challenges, and technical solutions to local compliance barriers- Generate training modules on global Learning Management System, monitor deployment and ongoing compliance- Provide timely communications to all levels of the organisation to promote understanding of the Global EHS Strategy and drive compliance with local regulations- Support the investigation and root cause analysis for EHS incidences driving continuous improvement efforts within EHS**Qualifications**:Essential- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field e.g. Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering- CSP / CIH / NEBOSH IGC / PSM certified or equivalent qualifications- Ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent computer skills for use of digital tools for project management, document control and data visualization (MS Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)- Strong technical aptitude in understanding safety data and interpreting insights for non-technical managers- Competent business and technical writing skills- Effective communicator and send clear, concise, and consistent written and verbal messages- Experience in delivering training or coaching on Employee Health and Safety topicsDesirable- 5 years technical / operational experience in Employee Health and Safety- Practical experience of working within ISO ***** framework- Demonstrable program management skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams- Practical experience of designing, writing, and developing online learning and integration with Learning Management Systems- Experience in working in multi-lingual environments, English, Spanish, Portugese preferred**Additional Information**:**Our Benefits**- Flexible working environment- Volunteer time off- LinkedIn Learning- Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP)**About NIQ**NIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.In ****, NIQ combined with GfK, bringing together the two industry leaders with unparalleled global reach.With a holistic retail read and the most comprehensive consumer insights—delivered with advanced analytics through state-of-the-art platforms—NIQ delivers the Full View.NIQ is an Advent International portfolio company with operations in 100+ markets, covering more than 90% of the world's population.Want to keep up with our latest updates?**Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
