KnoCommerce is a leading SaaS platform providing eCommerce survey solutions, empowering DTC brands with actionable customer insights through customer surveys, and supporting integrations with leading eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo.We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a front-end aptitude to join our team, focusing on enhancing our core product and driving innovation in customer experience and product design.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain frontend and backend components of the core KnoCommerce platform, with a strong emphasis on user-facing features.Collaborate with product team to enhance UX / UI, ensuring a frictionless, user-friendly experience throughout KnoCommerce.Develop and support integrations with third-party, eCommerce-focused platforms, ensuring robust API connections.Optimize application performance for speed and scalability, given it's a SaaS product serving thousands of eCommerce brands.Provide technical leadership in frontend development and collaborate closely with the product team.Requirements6+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with a strong focus on front-end technologies and implementation (e.g., Tailwind)Proven experience in SaaS product development, with a portfolio of scalable, user-facing applications.Strong product design aptitude, with experience in UX / UI design or close collaboration with designers / product.FaFamiliarity with backend technologies, including , Go, and databases like PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and MongoDB.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Digital Ocean, especially for API integrations with eCommerce platforms like Shopify.Knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries, including Vuetify for UI development.Experience scoping and shaping products to ensure a high caliber of product while maintain a strong velocity of product releases.Nice to HaveExperience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and marketing tools like Klaviyo.Knowledge and experience with LLMs + cutting edge AI modelsKnowledge of advanced analytics or data visualization tools (e.g., , ).#J-*****-Ljbffr
