Project Lead**cription**Transformation & Innovation Team vision is to be the main partner for WPB to generate transformation across the business being internal consultant in key aspects like frameworks, processes, and market solutions, potentiating growth and innovation through collaboration, combining talent and experience to maximize value, while generating customer loyalty putting them in the center of all our decisions.**Role Purpose****Business Agility Manager**Business Agility Leads are accountable to leading the implementation and adoption of new ways of operating across the WPB Transformation Portfolio aiming to maximize value for customers and the Business, through coordinating cross-functional teams with focus on embedding tools and the Business Agility framework.Furthermore, they lead preparation and adoption efforts during the implementation phases to guarantee an appropriate commercialization of the solutions delivered.**Main Activities**- Lead the introduction of new ways of operating across WPB Portfolio- Promote adoption of Agile Frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) across Business, Technology and Transformation teams- Mobilization of teams to operate within the Business Agility model.- Coaching teams to adopt frameworks, roles and tools related to the new ways of operating.- Design implementation strategies for a proper change adoption of the solutions delivered from the WPB Portfolio.- Lead change management efforts coordinating teams to execute training and internal communication plans for an appropriate adoption of audiences.- Conduct adoption activities (surveys, focus groups, mystery shoppers, among others) that allow consolidate feedback from users related to the agile practices and its execution within teams, and based on it, raise risks & issues and implement mitigation actions accordingly.**Qualifications****Experience / Education**- Business Administration, Finance, Commerce degree or related fields.- Certifications in Agile Methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, etc.) will be an advantage.- Fluency English (C1, C2)- Experience working with Agile methodologies is preferred.**Skills / Knowledge**- Leadership: The role will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for execution and interact with Sr.Stakeholders.- Ability to form networks and influence at multiple levels of the organization (both up and down), across different teams.- Strategic Planning- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving / analytical skills.- Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive.- Comprehensive knowledge of WPB Propositions and Channels.- Customer journeysRequirements"En HSBC ofrecemos a nuestros colegas un mayor número de días para que puedan disfrutar al máximo su boda, cuidar al nuevo integrante de la familia, o vivir el duelo por la pérdida de algún familiar.Nuestro paquete de permisos con goce de sueldo **está a la vanguardia en México.****Ahora tienes una** razón más para ser HSBC y vivir con orgullo una cultura de bienestar integral, balance y auto cuidado".
