Ubicación: Oficina Central (Polanco, CDMX)Inglés: Intermedio - AvanzadoObjetivo del puesto:Colaborar con el equipo de última milla y con el canal Nestlé Cerca de ti para garantizar las métricas de nivel de servicio y estrategias operacionales que permitan el logro de los objetivos. Replanear el modelo logístico óptimo para el canal de NCDT.ResponsabilidadesParticipar en la definición de la estrategia de rutas en lo relativo a los factores que aseguren el servicio y el incremento de clientes (Definición de utilización de camionetas por día) así como monitorear y evaluar el nivel de disponibilidad vs plan y corregir posibles desviaciones.Control de indicadores operativos (Pedidos planeados de entrega diaria vs pedidos entregados con éxito al día, mercancía recibida previo a salir a la ruta de reparto vs monto de efectivo y/o mercancía retornada al centro liquidador al final del día).Gestionar los reportes de rechazos de manera semanal con la finalidad de analizar las tendencias y plantear los planes de acción correspondientes hasta el cierre de los mismos.Identificar la frecuencia y el monto de los pedidos rechazados al día de los cuales se logró la recolocación.Hacer propuestas para la mejora en el nivel de servicio con el canal a través del mapeo de procesos.RequisitosTitulado en Lic. Económico administrativas, Ingeniería Industrial, Lic. Actuaría o afines.Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en logística y transporteExperiencia de 1 a 2 años en desarrollo de modelos de distribución última milla.Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en diseño de rutas de reparto a nivel nacional y optimización de redes de transporte.Diseño y conocimiento en modelos de distribución horizontal.Experiencia en proyectos de transportes, logística, optimización, cadena de suministro (ideal).Desarrollo de proveedores para mejora de servicio al cliente.Excel avanzado.Manejo de SAP.Manejo de Canva. #J-18808-Ljbffr
