We as Nusr-Et, are a culinary empire that crafted the art of dining with its unique blend of exquisite flavors and theatrical presentation.Nusr-Et boasts an extensive international presence, with around 30 restaurants strategically located in prominent cities across the globe, including Milan, New York, London, Dubai, Istanbul and Miami.The culinary prowess of Nusr-Et is underscored by making each dining experience a celebration of taste and texture.Nusr-Et is actively seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team in the capacity of a HR Manager (Mexico City).Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Payroll, ideally in fast-paced environments such as hospitality or food & beverageDeep knowledge of Mexican labor laws, payroll regulations, health & safety regulations, and statutory benefits (e.G. Experience managing payroll processes and using payroll / HRIS softwareExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging and supporting employees and management at all levelsFluency in Spanish and English requiredStrong multitasking and time management skills; Lead the full HR function for Nusr-Et Mexico, ensuring alignment with company values and full compliance with Mexican labor and employment lawOversee recruitment & selection, with strong emphasis on operational roles and blue-collar workforce; Manage payroll operations ensuring correct calculation of statutory contributions, benefits (including Aguinaldo, profit sharing/PTU), vacation premiums, overtime rules, and worker protections under Mexican lawdevelop and maintain local HR policies and proceduresensure all employment contracts are properly written, in Spanish, and include required terms (schedule, salary, benefits, etc.)Serve as key HR partner for employees and leadership on employee relations, union negotiations, contracts, workplace issues, etc.Drive training & development programs; Collaborate with headquarters for HR strategy, reporting, and continuous improvement
