Committed to building the next G of 100% software-based mobile networks, combining DevOps with telecommunications expertise, ng-voice is creating innovative mobile infrastructure solutions and making them accessible for operators and enterprises that want to deploy future-proof networks.In your role as Deployment Engineer, you will be part of our client deployment team, responsible for guaranteeing a smooth delivery of our solutions and supporting our clients. You will be working closely with our pre-sales engineering as well as product development teams to align on client needs and product requirements.The role is located in Mexico.TasksWhat you'll do:Work in the Client Deployment Team, ensuring smooth delivery of solutions, including high-/low-level design, and final technical deployment and integration of solutions.Plan, prepare, and set up lab, test, and production environments for client and partnership deployments.Install and configure cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes.Focus on automation to speed up deployment processes.Maintain, monitor, administer, and update current deployments to ensure stability.Assist with incident management, providing second-level support, error analysis, and classification.Coordinate customer requests and communicate with clients.Identify operational efficiencies in deployment and support procedures.RequirementsOur ideal candidate:Has experience with Linux machines (setup, administration, operation).Has experience with complex networking infrastructure including routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing.Knows telecommunications systems (4G, 5G, IMS).Has hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration.Possesses debugging and tracing skills (Wireshark).Is fluent in Spanish and English.Nice to have (optional)Understanding of virtualization and cloud computing.Knowledge of signaling standards and protocols such as SIP and Diameter.Experience with public cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.BenefitsWhy join us:Work-Life Balance: Flexible, hybrid remote work culture.We value diversity and inclusion in our team.Experience the culture of a fast-growing startup with the maturity of an enterprise.We focus on skills and experience over formal degrees.Entrepreneurial environment with flat hierarchies.Benefits include mobility, fitness, language classes, wellness, and home office budget for full-time employees.#J-*****-Ljbffr
