Rol técnico y estratégico dentro de banca de inversión. Construcción y auditoría de modelos financieros (DCF, LBO, 3 estados, M&A). Valuaciones mediante DCF, comparables, transacciones precedentes y SOTP. Preparación de pitchbooks, IMs, term sheets y análisis estratégicos. Participación en M&A, financiamientos y reestructuras. Gestión de due diligence y data rooms. Análisis de sectores, competidores y desempeño financiero. Interacción con clientes, bancos, fondos y contrapartes. Dominio avanzado de Excel, PowerPoint y modelación financiera. Experiencia construyendo modelos desde cero. Excelente comunicación oral y escrita. Competencias Pensamiento analítico y estructurado.
