OverviewSummary/ObjectiveExecutes monthly and year-end accounting closing, and accomplishes analysis and reporting for regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) financial statements.Essential FunctionsAssist with general ledger closing for NYAB/SBU adhering to KB deadlines.This includes journal entries, reconciliations, and inter-company verifications.Assist with reconciliation for North America Rail intercompany balances on a monthly basis with all Knorr facilities in the Bellin system.Assist with posting of IC invoices for the SBU entities.Perform a more in-depth reconciliation quarterly as required by KB.Post Bellin payments for NYAB, ABS, KBL, KBC, Merak, IFE, and Tech Lanka on a monthly basis.Assist with account reconciliationsPrepare the intercompany debit memos for US KB Companies, including providing all supporting documentationAssist with Quarterly reporting of IFRS Notes packagesAssist with daily and monthly general ledger postings for bank accounts and reconciliationsAssist with Sales Reconciliation, monthly, quarterly and annuallyCollaborate with HR Team for all benefit related invoices and necessary postingsAssist with Accounts Payable team for regular monthly account payment postingsAssist Accounting manager with SAP account clearings on monthly basisCoordinate and assist in the completion of special assignments and projects as needed.Provide documentation and reconciliations as required to external auditors.Must understand and adhere to all relevant statutory or regulatory compliance obligations.Skills and CompetenciesTechnical CapacityKnowledge/understanding of Accounting practices and principlesGood Communication skills both oral and written (English Spanish) BilingualAdvanced spreadsheet skills (excel preferred)Ability to meet tight deadlinesGood organizational skillsMulti-task orientedTime ManagementAdaptability and FlexibilityAnalytical ThinkingManaging and Improving ProcessesSelf-Development and ReflectionTeamworkRequired Education and ExperienceBachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance, Accounting preferred02+ years of experienceAdditional Eligibility QualificationsAll requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by their supervisor.This document does not create an employment contract, implied or otherwise, other than an "at will" employment relationship.#J-*****-Ljbffr
