Job Description What you’ll do Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events, to build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment, delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Manage full‑cycle recruitment across technical disciplines such as software engineering, DevOps, and data science. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates and provide regular updates on hiring progress to stakeholders. Coordinate interview logistics and support employer branding initiatives, representing Guidewire in a professional and engaging manner. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, leveraging data and technology to drive efficiency and outcomes. What you’ll bring Required Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data‑driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement. 4–6 years of experience as a technical recruiter, ideally in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment. Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet hiring deadlines. Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. High level of accountability, transparency, and adaptability. Preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Experience recruiting in global or emerging markets. Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
