ResponsibilitiesHe/She covers the service execution (field service).He/she is responsible for executing the strategy of the area and provide a reliable country service execution.Ensuring customer satisfaction through high quality service levels and execution .First point of customer contact for service execution .Execute and support installation, supervision, commissioning, maintenance and Training at site.Execute maintenance works, planned service and breakdown service.Your Profile / QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering as a standard and good knowledge of market dynamics in the Country.Profound experience in industrial engineering organization(s).Proven (minimum 5 yr) service and service operations experience.Experience in having remote teams/team leaders.Familiarity with the setup of GEA and the local market requirements of various customer groups. #J-18808-Ljbffr
