Job Overview Intermediate to Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 3+ full‑life cycle implementations and multiple module certifications (Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Recruitment Marketing, Recruiting, Learning Management System, Compensation, Variable Pay, Time Off, Benefits, etc.). Responsible for leading complex implementations, troubleshooting conflicts between business requirements and system functionality, and acting as a hands‑on application expert. Main Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a hands‑on application expert for certified SuccessFactors modules. Maintain intermediate to advanced knowledge of at least three SuccessFactors modules. Lead both single‑consultant and team‑based implementations throughout the full lifecycle. Prepare and review project deliverables, ensuring alignment with project scope. Advise leads and managers on best‑practice decisions that shape the overall platform. Facilitate design workshops and provide guidance on solution design practices aligned to SAP best practices. Translate business goals into optimal solutions, assessing feasibility and optimization opportunities. Conduct impact assessments for quarterly releases. Develop and maintain reusable content, accelerators, and tools. Contribute to the Syntax SAP Practice knowledge base. Support pre‑sales initiatives, including roadmaps, estimates, and RFP/RFQ responses. Deliver high‑quality demonstrations and presentations. Assist functional and technical leads in workshops. Design and support proof‑of‑concepts for proposed technical solutions. Prepare and review workshop/training materials. Identify process improvements and formulate concise solution definitions. Gather and analyze client business requirements and objectives. Essential Functions Develop system configurations that align with client specifications and best practices, staying within project scope. Diagnose and resolve system issues or defects as assigned. Adhere to implementation standards and best practices. Provide post‑go‑live application support within our Managed Services model. Engage in continuous education to maintain professional certifications. Perform additional duties as required. Skills and Experience 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 3 implementations in the certified area. Knowledge of SAP Payroll (on‑premise and EC Payroll) and integration with other SF modules is a plus. Experience with third‑party integrations (e.g., timekeeping systems) and data migration/management. Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology for SuccessFactors. In‑depth understanding of HR and Payroll business processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset; able to solve complex problems with detailed insights. Consultative approach: assess and improve existing systems using best‑practice recommendations. Collaborative team player, comfortable working both independently and in teams. Strong planning, organizational, and management skills. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; confident in formal speaking. Excellent written and oral communication; attentive listener. Education and Training Multiple module certifications (EC, ONB, RCM, RMK, LMS, Comp.) are preferred. Industry certifications such as PMP, SAP HR, ITIL, etc. are desirable.
