Descripción empresaPropel is a California-based organization that bridges tech and Latin America's impact needs by building nonprofits\' digital capabilities and connecting them with technology and talent to grow.Founded at Stanford University inPropel has supported over 150 organizations across 17 Latin American countries, impacting over 50 million people.Misión del cargoWe\'re seeking an creative Marketing Lead to shape Propel\'s content, lead outreach, and boost engagement with impactful storytelling.Funciones del cargoKey ResponsibilitiesOutreach Campaigns & Events (30%): Lead & execute outreach and communication campaigns to recruit top social leaders in LatAm for Propel\'s Fellowship & Nonprofit Academy.Organize and lead virtual and in-person events to attract social leaders and enhance engagement with the community.Content Strategy & Creation (30%): Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to enhance Propel\'s brand awareness and engagement.Create and curate high-quality, inspirational, and educational content in various formats (articles, social media posts, videos, stories, and reels) tailored to social organization leaders.Social Media Management (20%): Manage Propel\'s social media platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn, by creating monthly content calendars based on data and insights.Set and achieve growth goals for our community, such as reaching 5,000 followers on LinkedIn and 2,000 on Instagram.Storytelling & Branding (10%): Capture and showcase success stories from Propel\'s community through engaging, visual storytelling.Ensure Propel\'s branding is cohesive and recognizable across all digital touchpoints.Audience Engagement & Insights (10%): Analyze audience engagement metrics to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.Research and integrate the latest trends in content marketing and digital storytelling to keep Propel\'s strategy innovative.AttributesProactive, organized, and self-driven, managing projects independently.Bilingual (English / Spanish) with strong communication and writing skills.Eye for detail, aesthetics, and innovative storytelling.Passionate about social impact and tech-driven change.What We OfferLead Propel\'s content strategy in a fast-growing organization.Collaborate with a diverse team, closing the digital divide.Opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.Compensation: $Requisitos3+ years in content marketing, events, social media, or related fields in startups or impact orgs.Skilled in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere), Figma, Mailchimp, and exploring AI tools.Proven success in planning events, growing social media, and crafting impactful digital content.Condiciones ofertaBeneficiosLocation: Fully remote (LatAm based) #J-18808-Ljbffr
