Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader focused on helping the world's manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile.With more than 28,000 employees who make the world better every day, we know we have something special.Behind our customers - amazing companies that help feed the world, provide life-saving medicine on a global scale, and focus on clean water and green mobility - our people are energized problem solvers that take pride in how the work we do changes the world for the better.We welcome all makers, forward thinkers, and problem solvers who are looking for a place to do their best work.And if that's you we would love to have you join usJob DescriptionPerform product inspections and audits of quality control programs to ensure that raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet company standards.- Your Responsibilities:_- Conduct inspections at multiple stages of the production process, evaluating dimensions, mechanical characteristics, cosmetic aspects, and product functionality according to established quality standards.- Perform packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials.- Record inspection data to ensure product quality and reliability following quality assurance procedures.- Interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and procedures to verify compliance with requirements.- Immediately report any deviations from quality standards to the supervisor.- Segregate and manage rejected batches and products.- Assist the Quality Department in maintaining and managing documentation (controlled and uncontrolled forms, stamps, customer records).- Review draft and final label copies to ensure compliance with labeling regulations.- Participate in continuous improvement projects, including 5S audits.- Help achieve Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental goals and may be part of emergency response or focus teams.- Minimize downtime by reducing rework and product recalls.- The Essentials- You Will Have:_- Education: High school - Technical diploma or equivalent.- Experience: 6 Month or not prior experience required, but previous work in quality inspection or manufacturing.- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and quality procedures.- Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulations.- The Preferred- You Might Also Have._- Teamwork with different departments.- Availability for rotating shifts (by our organization).- Perform detailed visual inspections.- Exposure to noise and conditions typical of a manufacturing environment.- What we Offer- Savings Fund doubled by us- Food coupons- Subsidized cafeteria- Transportation services- Comprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to Calm- Volunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employees- Employee Assistance Program- Personalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack program- On-demand digital course library for professional development.Will Report to: Supervisor.Workplace Location: Tecate, Baja California.Workplace type: On-SiteLI-Onsite
