CREATIVITY IS OUR SUPERPOWER.It's our heritage and it's also our future.Because we don't just make toys.We create innovative products and experiences that inspire, entertain and develop children through play.Mattel is at its best when every member of our team feels respected, included, and heard—when everyone can show up as themselves and do their best work every day.We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.Brand and Product Development Analyst supports the LATAM Vehicles marketing team in managing the regional portfolio for Matchbox, Disney Pixar Cars, and Thomas & Friends.This role provides analytical, operational, and executional support to ensure effective brand management, portfolio planning, and consistent implementation of merchandising strategies.ResponsibilitiesCommercial Support : Assist in executing commercial and brand strategies across LATAM markets, ensuring alignment with regional objectives and category priorities.Market and Competitive Analysis : Gather and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to support portfolio and pricing decisions.Brand and Product Operations : Manage SKU life cycle processes, including item setup, portfolio tracking, assortment management, price lists, and product discontinuations.Merchandising Execution : Support GTM calendar management, new product launches, and coordination of marketing campaigns across digital media, PR, retail, and e-commerce channels.Licensing and Local Activations : Collaborate with licensors and local teams to ensure brand alignment in activations, promotions, and content adaptation.Performance Tracking : Monitor and consolidate commercial KPIs (gross sales, POS, direct sales, market share), ensuring timely reporting and data accuracy.Global Collaboration : Coordinate with global brand and product teams to share market feedback, product insights, and performance updates; support the adaptation of global strategies to regional needs.Asset and Information Management : Coordinate the approval and distribution of product and marketing assets with internal and external partners.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Maintain close communication with Sales, Trade, Demand Planning, and Finance to support business planning and execution.Education and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product management preferred.Experience in consumer goods, retail, or entertainment industries is desirable.SkillsAnalytical Skills : Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Technical Proficiency : Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with Circana, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.Collaboration : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams and countries.Organization and Attention to Detail : Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.Languages : Native Spanish and advanced English (written and spoken).MindsetCuriosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.How We WorkWe embrace a flexible work model designed to empower a culture of growth, optimism, and wellbeing, where every employee can reach their full potential.Combining purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility, our focus is to optimize performance and drive connection for moments that matter.Who We AreMattel is a leading global toy and family entertainment company and owner of some of the most iconic brand portfolios in the world.We engage consumers and fans through our franchise brands, including Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher-Price, American Girl, Thomas & Friends, UNO, Masters of the Universe, Matchbox, Monster High, MEGA, and Polly Pocket, as well as other popular properties that we own or license in partnership with global entertainment companies.Our products are sold in collaboration with the world's leading retail and e-commerce companies.Mattel is an affirmative action / equal opportunity employer.We welcome all job seekers, and all applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, veteran and protected veteran status, disability status, and / or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state or local law.#J-#J-*****-Ljbffr
