Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Administration, Hospitality, or Human Resources. Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within dynamic, high‑volume environments. Experience in developing and optimizing recruitment processes and tools. Previous experience using systems such as Workday (ATS) and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable. Key Competencies Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization. Analytical Skills: Identifying needs and solutions through qualitative and quantitative data. Technical Expertise: In‑depth knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and best practices. Proactivity and Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Effective Communication: Proficiency in verbal and written communication, as well as facilitation skills.
