Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring international shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.- Coordinate and monitor international shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch- Track and update ETA status daily in internal management systems- Align delivery schedules with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure operational efficiency- Review and validate logistics invoices; ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies- Maintain organized records of freight and logistics costs- Support cost analysis initiatives and provide insights to optimize logistics expenses- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations & Commercial- Ensure compliance with internal policies, customs requirements, and local regulationsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related field- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, international transportation, or supply chain roles- Knowledge of import/export processes, Incoterms, customs documentation, and transportation modes- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP/WMSsystems preferred- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy- Solid communication and coordination skills- Advanced English is a mustOur organization is committed to equal employment opportunities and respect for diversity.We welcome talented individuals regardless of gender, age, origin, orientation, identity, or any other condition.Our hiring decisions are based on each person's merits, competencies, and values, in strict compliance with legislation.
