Descripción y detalle de las actividades- **Job Summary**:- The quote/manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing detailed cost estimates and technical assessments to support new business opportunities, plant expansions and process changes.This role focused on infrastructure related costs and Validation costs to ensure accurate and competitive quotations.Direct Interaction with customers working to achieve both the customer and company's needs.**Responsibilities**:- Analyze project requirements and product specifications to develop manufacturing layouts and define infrastructure needs (power, compressed air, water, clean room, etc)- Able to determine manufacturing needs as labor qty, Takt times, space etc- Colloborrate with process, tooling, quaility and facilities engineers to gather input on equipment sizing, installation times and supporting systems.- Estimate validation-related costs (IQ, OQ, PQ)- Support corporate team in preparing cost summaries and capital justification.- Ability to interact and communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and operational personnel at all levels (project team to executive level) to achieve business opportunities.- Coordinates quotes related to production machines, ancillary equipment, as needed.Experiência y requisitos- **Experience**:- >3 years of experience in cost estimation manufacturing engineering or project management, preferable within medical device or regulated industries.**Education**:- Engineering Degree.**Essential Knowledge**:- Experience as a Validation Engineer or similar role- Lean Manufacturing and continuos improvement- Skilled in process flow diagrams- Proficient on Microsoft.- Project Management.- ISO ***** & Medical Validation Protocols.- AutoCAD & 3D Software.- GD&T basics- Basic understanding of financial metrics-- **Desirable Knwoledge**:- Injection Molding (basic)- ISO **** and *****.- Experience supporting CAPEX- Basic understanding of financial metricsBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- Seguro de vida- Fondo de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos- Servicios medicos en planta- Comedor-- **Número de vacantes** 1- ** Área** Ingeniería- ** Contrato** Permanente- ** Modalidad** Presencial- ** Turno** Diurno- ** Jornada** Tiempo Completo-- **Horario**- Tiempo completo- Turno Matutino-- **Estudios** Carrera con título profesional- ** Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado- ** Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
