Overview Role Overview — As a Platform Administrator in Chubb’s GDP Business Insights team, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our suite of analytics and reporting platforms: QlikSense, Power BI, Cognos, and Alteryx. You will collaborate with business users, data engineers, and IT to ensure seamless platform operations, data integrity, and user satisfaction. Responsibilities Platform Support & Maintenance Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot QlikSense, Power BI, Cognos, and Alteryx platforms. Manage user access, permissions, and security settings. Coordinate with IT for server and infrastructure support. User & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the first point of contact for platform-related issues and requests. Provide basic training and support to end-users. Gather feedback and recommend improvements to enhance user experience. Platform Optimization Assist in performance tuning and capacity planning. Support upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts. Document processes, configurations, and best practices. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues. Stay current with platform updates and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Proactive, quick to learn, and adaptable to changing technologies and business needs. Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of server administration (Windows/Linux environments). Familiarity with at least one analytics or BI platform (QlikSense, Power BI, Cognos, or Alteryx) is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to document technical processes clearly. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in platform or system administration (not required, but advantageous).
