Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Ability to understand root cause of quality issue and facilitate communication with Regional Management, supplier, TE quality (if applicable), and BU's for resolutions.- Understanding of Supplier Approval Process and relationships of related functions to ensure compliance.- Understanding of strategies, risk and opportunities within assigned commodities as developed by the Regional Commodity Managers.- Facilitate development of Procurement strategy and identify risk and opportunities within scope; Manage implementation of strategies within scope.- Support Multiple BU's and Natural Owners.- Ability to perform cost/price analysis with total cost of ownership as objective.- Ability to identify, negotiate and implement cost avoidance/reduction opportunities through total cost analysis as applicable.- Responsible for meeting targets for assigned areas.Lead and facilitate internal teams and supplier meetings.- Lead projects within scope, may be cross-functional, within assigned areas of responsibility.- Knowledge and understanding of timely execution of escalations.- Understanding of JIT, consignment and VMI.Ability to resolve invoice blocks on orders in their responsibility.- Ability to ensure requirements are met by supplier through order placement, submission, and walk-through.- Ability to lead direct reports including goal setting, people development, performance management and the use of the career management tool.Ability to regularly travel to the TE locations.Leadership: - Prior leadership and/or facilitation of internal teams and supplier meetings a plus - Experience in Project management driving results on time is a plus - Coaching and Mentoring skills to continue developing the internal team.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer or commercial degree required; Master's Degree is a plus.- Bilingual, or at least 85% of English, both verbal and written - 5 - 7 years of purchasing, supply chain, engineering, or technical management experience.- Project management knowledge and background in handling multiple projects at same time.- Advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office apps, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point.Experience with MS Project as well as SharePoint is a plus.- SAP knowledge a plus - Able to work under stress, organized, results oriented and excellent communication abilities.Oferta de empleo confidencialOfrecemos a las empresas la opción de publicar sus ofertas de empleo de manera confidencial, esto es por razones propias de la empresa y en algunos puestos desean mantener la información de forma privada.A continuación se especifican algunas de las razones por las que las empresas deciden publicar sus oportunidades de empleo como confidenciales:- La empresa desea mantener su publicación privada, para sustitución de sus empleados actuales.- Es la búsqueda de personal para nuevas plazas de empleo dentro de las organizaciones que actualmente están por autorizar.- Son empresas de nueva creación que requieren ciertos puestos sin la obligación de dar la información particular de su empresa en ese momento.**Área** Compras**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 90%, Escrito: 90%**Sexo** Indistinto
