Payroll Coordinator**Wexpand History**:At Wexpand, we connect talent with opportunities.We help foreign companies build high-performance teams in Mexico with a modern and human approach.We believe in talent, technology, and ideas that connect people.We're looking for someone who shares those values and can translate them into compelling designs.**About the role**:The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for validating, organizing, and submitting accurate payroll data for internal crews.They ensure that timesheets, job details, and Smartsheet entries are aligned, referencing paper timecards against digital submissions, and uploading verified data into Oracle OFS.**Key Responsibilities**:- Review daily Smartsheet timesheet submissions for accuracy- Cross-reference **paper timecards** with Smartsheet production forms to confirm consistency- Validate against SR numbers, job numbers, and work performed- Communicate directly with Construction Supervisors and Managers to clarify missing or inaccurate entries- Ensure redlines and documentation match timesheet hours and job details- Submit finalized payroll for approval in alignment with payroll cycles- Upload verified payroll data into **Oracle OFS** system- Coordinate directly with Ops Support if escalated issues arise (via Sr. CM)- Maintain timesheet tracking tools and assist in auditing weekly totals- Help ensure all labor is properly coded and submitted by deadlines- Flag duplicate or conflicting submissions before they reach approval**Qualifications**:- 1-3 years of experience- Advanced English (C1,C2)- Bachelor ´s degree in accounting, finance etc**Soft Skills**:- Attention to detail- Problem solving skills- Proactivity**Technical Skills**:- **Key Tools Used**:- Smartsheet: Timesheets, Production Logs, Approval Tracker- Oracle OFS (Payroll Uploads)- Outlook, Teams, Internal Payroll Tracker- Redlines, Crew Logs, SR Number Tracker- Paper Timecards- **Workflow Integration**:- Final internal checkpoint before payroll is submitted- Verifies alignment between field work, redlines, and approved documentation- Uploads all validated time into Oracle OFS- Supports Construction Managers and CSs in weekly payroll readines- **Success Metrics**:- 100% timely and accurate payroll submissions- Reduced payroll rework or rejected entries- High alignment between redlines, production, and time data- Clean Oracle uploads and labor coding- Strong communication with field and leadership**Schedule**:- Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm OnsiteTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
