Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for IFM services within Client plant facilities. Serve as the primary liaison between Client leadership and our facilities management team. Foster open and effective communication channels with all stakeholders. Provide periodic updates and reports on facility operations to Client leadership. Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring a safe, functional, and well‑maintained facility. Create and maintain superior customer service through best practices. Control and monitor processes, monthly reports, quarterly reports, etc., related to operations. Responsible for directing operations and preparing KPI and SLA reports, ensuring proper compliance. Ensure all site management and operational practices align with company and client standards. Collaborate with Finance and Procurement leaders to manage financial aspects related to facility operations and services. Provide support in vendor coordination (soft and hard services). Desired Experience And Technical Skills Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required. 4-6 years of experience in facilities management, plant operations, or similar roles. Proven leadership experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, and safety protocols. Experience with budget management and financial oversight. Professional certification (CFM, FMP, PMP) strongly preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
