Our organizational culture is based on mutual trust and respect as well as creating synergy with our employees and clients.We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and support the continued expansion of Teltonika in Mexico. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong local teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions. At Teltonika we promote an environment where curiosity is key and creativity is celebratedFreedom – you will have the freedom to express yourself and implement innovative strategies to develop your work and our team.Objectives of this role include:Working with existing and develop new Talent Acquisition channels & strategies, to find and match best talents with our open positions in Mexico Managing full cycle recruitment process: CV sourcing & headhunting, phone screening, conducting interviews together with the Hiring ManagersImplement top-notch Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment processFocus on proactively generating new Talent pools, mainly headhuntingConsult hiring managers on recruitment related topics, conduct training for new Hiring ManagersPrepare and deliver constant updates and insights to the HQ Office in terms of hiring progress, achievements and challenges in delivering Hiring PlanSuggest improvements for the existing and implement new practices including but not limited to recruitment process optimization, employer branding, company benefitsContribute on shaping the best culture and internal communication practices in the officeWhat we expect of you:2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitmentStrong enthusiasm for recruitment and a genuine desire to grow in the talent acquisition fieldOpenness to feedback, a growth mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to shared hiring goalsStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
