**Job Description**:We are seeking a skilled and experienced EX Data Analyst to join our employee experience team.As an EX-Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-driven decision making.Key Responsibilities:- Perform data analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights.- Develop, automate, and maintain data pipelines and workflows for efficient data processing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations.- Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to enhance data analysis capabilities.- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.- Desire and interest in upskilling to leverage AI tools for maximizing workflow productivity.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.).- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an employee experience environment.- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.- Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts and techniques.- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.Tools Required for Data Engineering:- Microsoft Excel- Microsoft Outlook- Data modeling software (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)- Statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, etc.)- Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)LI-POST
