**About our client**Our client is a recognised real estate player in Mexico with a strong presence throughout the country.The company is a formidable competitor in the residential segment and seeks a CEO.Here is a unique opportunity to oversee the firm as it continues to expand its footprint in Mexico and build on its 40+ years as a leader in the Mexican residential sector.The position is based in Mexico City.**What the job involves**- Oversee day-to-day operations and business activities to achieve the desired results and ensure all activities mirror the overall strategy and mission- Formulate and implement a strategic plan to guide and expand the business- Maintain competitive advantages, mitigate risks, and seize opportunities- Take a hands-on and practical approach to designing and implementing necessary structural and operational changes- Analyse financial and non-financial operations to identify continuous improvements- Motivate and lead a dynamic and diverse workforce- Rely on solid market and industry knowledge to uncover new opportunities and maintain the competitive edge of the company**Who we are looking for**- Solid experience at a senior level in the real estate sector and/or finance, banking, private equity, or a related industry such as construction- Degree in business administration, finance, engineering or related field; an MBA is a plus- Collaborative with superior leadership and management skills, able to create a positive work environment- Proactive, with superior communications skills- Analytical and detail oriented
