Basic Qualifications 7+ years of experience of CX IT platform implementation in a hands‑on technical and analytical role. 3+ years of proven experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and AWS Lambda, or any other equivalent Cloud CX technology. Experience with AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and IAM and familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices. Experience developing software code in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js etc.) Able to communicate effectively in English within technical and business settings Preferred Qualifications Strong experience on the CX industry: Telephony, IVR, ACD, CTI, Data Lake, WFM, Omnichannel and GenAI integrations, CRM experience. Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions and IVR systems. Strong GenAI development skills. Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
