Supply Chain Manager / Gerente de Cadena de SuministroLocation: Tecate, Baja California, México | Full-Time | On-SiteAbout UsAt Nysonian, we exist to build the next generation of global lifestyle brands that inspire how people travel, move, and live.Our Portfolio IncludesNOBL Travel — redefining modern travel with design, durability, and style.FLO Pilates — bringing the practice of Pilates into homes and wardrobes worldwide.REDGE Fit — setting a new standard in at-home strength training.Behind these brands is our full-stack DTC platform that integrates manufacturing, distribution, and technology to deliver seamless customer experiences.With $150M+ in annual sales, 300+ teammates across 6 countries, and 1.3M+ customers worldwide, we're just getting started.About The JobThe Supply Chain Manager oversees all aspects of the supply chain operations for our Tecate manufacturing facility, including purchasing, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and import/export activities.This role ensures a seamless material flow from suppliers to production and from production to customers, supporting Nysonian's commitment to operational excellence, compliance, and on-time delivery.What You'll DoPurchasing & ProcurementDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials, components, and packaging.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.Inventory & Warehouse ManagementOversee all inventory control activities to maintain accuracy and optimal stock levels.Ensure synchronization between production demand and material availability.Supervise warehouse operations to guarantee efficient material handling, storage, and dispatch.Implement best practices for inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and ERP system utilization.Import & Export / Logistics OperationsManage and monitor cross-border import/export processes and documentation.Ensure compliance with Mexican customs and maquiladora regulations.Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders and brokers.Optimize logistics routes, carriers, and freight costs to improve delivery performance.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Production, Planning, Quality, and Finance to align supply chain strategies with business goals.Participate in product launch planning and capacity analysis.Support procurement and logistics for corporate and export projects.Continuous Improvement & ReportingTrack and report KPIs such as delivery performance, supplier reliability, and cost savings.Lead cost reduction and process optimization initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of supply chain metrics and forecasts.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related field.5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or purchasing management within the manufacturing or maquiladora industry.Proven experience managing import/export operations and supplier negotiations.Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar).Advanced Excel and analytical skills for reporting and forecasting.Bilingual (Spanish / English) – required for corporate and supplier communication.Valid U.S. tourist visa – required for travel to suppliers, logistics partners, and corporate meetings.Strong understanding of Mexican customs and trade compliance regulations.Key CompetenciesStrategic and analytical thinkingLeadership and team developmentSupplier relationship management and negotiationOrganizational and planning excellenceResults-oriented and continuous improvement mindsetSchedule & Work EnvironmentHours: 7:00 a.M. – 5:00 p.M., Monday–FridayOvertime or travel may be required based on operational needsOn-site role at the Tecate, Baja California facility#J-*****-Ljbffr
