development and execution of our global benefits strategy **in LATAM Region**.In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing comprehensive benefits programs—including health plans, risk plans, cars, time off and vacation, meal vouchers, allowances and more.You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure our benefits are competitive, compliant, and Skilled in applying design thinking to solve complex problems and drive innovative solutions.* Proven ability to influence decision-makers and align cross-functional teams toward shared goals.* Analytical and data-driven, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management across all levels.* **High degree of autonomy —** able to work independently without constant direction.* **Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).****Preferred Skills and Experience*** Fluency in Portuguese.* Solid understanding of the Benefits landscape, including integration with HR systems and familiarity with Workday.* Knowledge of time-off and leave policies, compliance, and accrual management.**Being
