Company Overview:Melot Mobile Inc is a global video interactive entertainment service company operating across multiple countries and regions, including North America, China, Singapore, UAE, Indonesia, Vietnam, and more.Our diverse product range spans live streaming, influencer marketing, and short-form vertical drama production.Expanding our presence into Spanish-speaking markets, particularly in Mexico, we're seeking a Bilingual Content Producer to join our team in Mexico.Position Overview:As a Bilingual Producer, you'll be instrumental in adapting our existing IPs from the US intocompelling Spanish-speaking content that resonates with Mexican audiences.Leading script development, production, and creative direction, you'll ensure seamless integration of our IPs while honoring Mexican culture.This role will be supervised by the American team, aligning with the company's vision and objectives.Key Responsibilities:1. Adaptation of Existing IPs: Translate and adapt US IPs into Spanish-speaking content, tailoring scripts to resonate with Mexican audiences while maintaining the original essence.2. Script Development & Production: Lead the development and production of original scripts and adaptations, adhering to the company's creative vision and quality standards.3. Cultural Localization: Conduct thorough research on Mexican culture, preferences, andstorytelling conventions to ensure authenticity and relevance in adapted content.4. Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our US-based team to ensure creative cohesion and effective communication throughout the adaptation process.5. Talent Management: Recruit, onboard, and mentor Spanish-speaking writers and producers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.6. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies in the Spanish-speaking market to inform content strategies.7. Oversee Local Production: Manage and supervise local production teams in Mexico, ensuring smooth execution of all production activities while maintaining quality and adherence to timelines.Qualifications:1. Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills inboth languages.2. Proven experience in scriptwriting, story development, and content production, with a strong understanding of the entertainment industry.3. Deep knowledge of Mexican culture, storytelling conventions, and audience preferences.4. Strong creative vision and strategic thinking, capable of adapting IPs while preserving their essence and appeal.5. Leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing cross-functional teams and projects.6.
