**Company Overview**Outset is a medical technology company pioneering a first-of-its-kind technology to reduce the cost and complexity of dialysis.The Tablo Hemodialysis System, FDA cleared for use from the hospital to the home, represents a significant technological advancement that transforms the dialysis experience for patients and operationally simplifies it for providers.Tablo serves as a single enterprise solution that can be utilized across the continuum of care, allowing dialysis to be delivered anytime, anywhere and by anyone.The integration of water purification and on-demand dialysate production enables Tablo to serve as a dialysis clinic on wheels, with 2-way wireless data transmission and a proprietary data analytics platform powering a new holistic approach to dialysis care.**Position Overview**:**Responsibilities/Functions**- Oversee supervise accounting staffs.- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of accounting in Mexico site office.- Develops guidelines for proper handling and coding of invoices to maintain general ledger expense account and inventory records.- Communicate with vendors, customers, and business partners to resolve issues timely.- Preparing payroll records including protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.- General Ledger responsibilities including prepare journal entries, analysis, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.- Ensures proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records in case of audits.- Reconciliation of accountable VAT and fiscal VAT.- Prepare monthly closing activities for our international entity including intercompany transactions, consolidations, accruals and foreign currency accounting and other areas.- Assist with audit preparation.- Assist with projects as needed.- Performs other related duties as assigned.**Required Qualifications**- Accounting degree or equivalent experience.- 5+ years of similar experience in Accountants.- 1+ year in a managerial or supervisory capacity.- Basic understanding accounting, knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including GL journal entries and accruals.- English communication skills are required.- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Well organized and attention to detail- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills- Maintains high performance standards, passion for excellence and continuous improvement- Meets deadlines, prioritizes appropriately and is flexible- Highly proficient in Excel.**Desired Qualifications**- Familiar with QAD ERP is a plusPrivacy is important to us.Please review our **Applicant Privacy Notice.****EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT**Outset Medical is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.We prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, genetic information, pregnancy, age, or any other protected status set forth in federal, state, or local laws.This policy applies to all employment practices within our organization.
